New leadership bring with them a culture of doing things right and proactive. I like that.

We have a genuine respect for one another, and each use our strengths to compliment one another while meeting mission.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual compensation and bonus. Medical benefits are actually the worse I have ever been presented with regards to cost and deductibles.

I have worked with most of the members in some capacity before, and we all share work ethic as well as personal empathy for others.
What makes you most happy at work?
When my career experience and accomplishments are taken into account where I can make a positive contribution, especially, when projects are obstacles I have already succeeded in overcoming on much larger scales or at scale.
