We have our ups and downs. The benefits are why I stay. However, good benefits does not make it Ok to work your employees like dogs. Everyone deserves work-life balance, not just management. There are employees that don't get to take a lunch due to staffing and managers tell them to "deal with it"

We genuinely care about the people we serve and understand that without our clients, we don't exist.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is lower than people in my position at competing financial institutions. A cost-of-living increase would be greatly appreciated.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel like management has lost sight of the client. CNB no longer feels like a community bank, we are more loke BofA Jr. It's sad and disheartening.
