Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued as I am not paid aligned with market, and I got lower overall compensation with no clear path to make it up. I will feel better if paid with experience, reputation and credentials.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communication, management to employees there is a lot to work on. Respect employees and consider work-life balance. Senior management needs to be humble and understand new ways to view things, business and people. Collaboration and teamwork are not fostered nor promoted: aggressive culture.
