Very positive because I enjoy the fast pace environment even though at times can be overwhelming. I love the fact that I work close to home and have a short commute.

This year I feel undervalued because I feel I'm carrying the workload for two banking centers and working a lot of extra hours.

local decision making and getting to know the people you deal with on a regular basis. For the most part everyone is positive and willing to help
