I'm in a position that is a good fit for me personally and professionally. It makes use of my experience and skills. My voice is encouraged, heard and valued. I am well supported by my direct manager, our leaders and my peers. I have brought 2 friends to work with us and they're extremely happy.

Accessibility and support. I feel that they listen to our challenges and are supportive to help us work through the best solutions.
What makes you most happy at work?
I truly enjoy the work I'm doing. I like the detail of it, the complexity and the teaching/coaching component of my position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works, that sounds simplistic, but that's not always the case. On my team, everyone is working, focused on their clients and always willing to help when someone needs additional support.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Work from home hybrid schedule, pay, annual bonus and all the additional clever things (like monthly uber eats, team lunch and snack cards for example) that show the company is thinking of us and our comfort
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work hard, but we are well supported and my direct manager works as hard as we do. She is hands on, willing to help, transparent and communicates frequently. She supports our decisions, trusts us to know how best to get the work accomplished and pitches in when needed.
