I feel that the people make the culture and environment. That is definitely the most positive part of our company.

I believe that my pay is competitive. I also appreciate the extensive list of additional benefits that go above and beyond what is offered at other companies.

I feel that I am making a difference and I'm contributing to the big picture. I feel included and supported. All of these things make me very happy at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team feels like they are all working toward the same goal. I feel included and empowered to make decisions that align with the big vision, even though I'm relatively new and that is due to the support from leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've never felt a connection as quickly as I have at CNB with my co-workers. They have all welcomed me and I felt part of the team on the first day. I love the CNB culture. The people here are fantastic and I feel proud to be part of this amazing team!
