some of them have been here for more than 20 years. Again, it shows loyalty and commitment to the institution. They know the history behind every process, every decision and I learn from them every day.

There is a sense of cooperation among coworkers. We all work with the same goal in mind: to accomplish the Department's goals helping each other and relying on each other to finish within the established timeframe.

I like that they look excited about the direction the Bank is going, all the new strategies taking place and goals to be achieved. They talk about the Bank like if it was their family business and they genuinely seem to care for the wellbeing of their employees.

It makes me happy to know that I work for one of the best banks in the region. One that is growing and I am part of its development. The feeling of making a difference in my area to help the Bank achieve its goals and implement its strategies taking into consideration all the Regulatory requirements
