I have been with the company for almost 10 years and have truly enjoyed the journey. I've learned and grown a lot. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. I am constantly challenged and learning. I enjoy working with my colleagues and going into work every day!

I believe the leadership team does care about it's employees and does right by them.

we all have the same mindset, work hard play hard. We all get along and root for each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I was promoted, it did not come with a raise which I was completely shocked by. A promotion is given when it is deserved, and to not compensate someone for it is insulting.
