Great community involvement, nice office space, and a great sense of pride working here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
So many options and low cost. Great benefits pkg and paid time off is sufficient. College tuition reimbursement, employee checking, 401K match
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More unity is needed in my department. There seems to be no team outside the immediate dept. My dept should have a positive relationship with the other depts. within my channel. Team building events or social outings may help.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I am a part of something. This company does a great job at showing appreciation to their employees and keeping the overall attitude a positive one. I enjoy working for CNB. They give me the opportunity to grow with them and make me feel like I am a contributor to their growth
