I love working for CNB, I have seen first hand how this company cares about their employees. I can say it is probably the best company I have ever worked for. I believe the next step to tackle should be having more women in the Executive team, there is only 1 and wages transparency in the bank.

The culture of this company is based on 4 parts, Behaving like an owner, Bring the best of each other, passionate about our clients and Driving exceptional results. We get recognized throughout the year by living our culture. These are not a motto, we live it day by day.
What makes you most happy at work?
To contribute daily to the success of all operations, to challenge myself with things that I have never done before and yet I am able to successfully go past the challenges. I love learning new things every day, I love how my Managers give me the opportunity to keep on learning and keep on growing.
