I think City National is a great place to work. Im attracted to the company's "can do" attitude and desire to be great. However, from my perspective the organization needs to make significant strucutural changes to make future growth more tenable anda manageable. Its a bit chaotic at times.

I like the discretionary bonus strucuture.

building our department and taking active owenership in its success

they are very ambitious and are extremly hard working. Nobody coasts.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it strives to achieve ambitious goals (although sometimes it is to focused on near term goals as opposed to long term goals)
