The best things about my team is our conference calls. The collaboration of questions looking for the best results that will help us to work smarter.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I am undervalued because I have seen people quit or threaten to quit and become promoted to Executive team with higher pay. I have seen people onboard as a new employee with higher pay and have not produce or did not make their goals and get promoted. Better pay for loyal employees.
