CEO runs the show and makes good decisions and eventually imposes his will on the leadership team over time

I make enough to pay my bills and save a few dollars because I am prudent with my money
What are some of the best things about your team?
We had some tremendous losses out of our control in credit risk but the core team remains intact and has delivered above my wildest expectations in spite of the obstacles.
