The employees are overwhelming care to help another in all lines of business. We are client focused but equally focused on helping each other no matter where they are located. The company encourages this positive culture.

They care and listen! They allow me to be involved in projects within the bank, encourage me to share my best practices with my peers and truly care about my career growth. To me they are making an investment in me as an employee. They empower me to be the best version of myself and support me.
