Overall the experience has exceeded my expectations. Coming from TotalBank I knew the culture and environment would be different. After a couple months adjusting however it has been great. I also loved seeing how the company truly cared about the well being of the employees during the pandemic

I have been given many opportunities to effect change in the company and while presented with unique challenges I am given the latitude to implement creative solutions in order to make the overall production of the bank improve. Hard work is rewarded and recognized.

Everyone works well together. They all listen and make decisions as a group. Everyone's voice is heard and appreciated.

All the right benefits for my needs. And many others for different people in the company. During the pandemic they provided many additional benefits to ensure the safety of the employees and their access to care.

My old team in risk was very close knit. My new team in IT seems that way too and everyone is willing to help each other out on their various projects when they have specialty that can be beneficial
