It has been an amazing, rewarding experience thus far.

Exciting opportunity with a good breadth of experience and cultural diversity. Overall friendly people and environment, however, most leadership lack authority or the ability to inspire teamwork, collaboration. For the size of the company, there is a quite aggressive culture.

Thankful and Happy with our compensation structure

The organization is passionate about rewarding those who contribute and perform. There is no 'best part' but rather the structure used by CNB to create a total compensation package is very much in line with the industry.

401k match and health insurance options are excellent

I feel undervalued as I am not paid aligned with market, and I got lower overall compensation with no clear path to make it up. I will feel better if paid with experience, reputation and credentials.

I can count on them and see them grow

The way we are all here to help each other out and pick one another up when needed. Truly a collaborative / team environment.

Same as with managment. My coworkers are comitted to excellence. We all want to serve our clients and our community, and we want to make a difference every day.

We are always in motion -- never a dull day.

Communication, management to employees there is a lot to work on. Respect employees and consider work-life balance. Senior management needs to be humble and understand new ways to view things, business and people. Collaboration and teamwork are not fostered nor promoted: aggressive culture.
