The employees love and are loyal to the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the CEO is always challenging and encouraging us to practice Civic core values inside and outside of work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A little structure would help the team grow but they need to be open to it. Also, the entire team lacks communication which makes work a little challenging at times.
