Team members supporting each other - across departments, and up & down the organization, from leadership to new hires.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team stays connected with the greater CIVIC team with clear and ongoing communication on challenges and opportunities the organization is working through. Leaderships ability and willingness to connect is just one of CIVIC's strengths.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team leader and the team dynamics of helping and supporting each other. I believe CIVIC's culture attracts people that believe in striving to achieve, don't shrink from hard work, play well together, and understand the importance of celebrating the wins.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation package is well rounded & includes the opportunity for personal growth through educational courses, 401K activated shortly after start date, good healthcare coverage, KPIs, work perks, & the CIVIC Anywhere options - which is perhaps not considered compensation, but it feels like it!
