Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall experience has been smooth from the start. Wonderful interviews, easy and meaningful onboarding, continued training and mentorship, learning new things all the time and loving it all. I'll stay at Civic for as long as they'll have me. It's been an amazing 9 months!!

Love what I do and the people I get to work with and for.

Leadership is transparent and doesn't hesitate to give praise and/or constructive criticism. They create a welcoming environment where I feel comfortable to come forward with any issues or concerns.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of bright, smart, forward thinking individuals that bring so many different dynamics to the table. We work well together and a bonus is I like them all! And I think they like me? :)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is the first company where I've felt I can be 100% myself and not fear I'm being judged or doing something wrong. My experience is that the culture is diverse and welcoming of all types of people. You can feel that.
What makes you most happy at work?
I always tell people this is my dream job. It isn't necessarily the work I do but who I do it for that makes it all worth it. I'm happy I found Civic because I was close to losing hope that companies like this existed.
