In the few months I have been with Civic I have learned so much about the industry but also about becoming the best version of myself at work and in my personal life. I can easily say I have never loved a company/job as I do this one. I truly feel blessed to be apart of this amazing team of people.

Everyone is truly kind and happy to help in any way they can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The emphasis and understanding of work life balance. Civic treats its employees like friends and family, and not just number pushing robots.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like everyone's willingness to explain things and help out no matter what position. Even working remotely I never feel left out or alone. I always know there are a myriad of kind, helpful people I can look to for support and guidance.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being a part of the real estate investing/financial industry. Civic's values and approach to what we do makes it a million times better. I love that I am given the ability to work independently or with my team and I just enjoy being part of a successful well oiled machine!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I work on the operations side and I still receive a bonus/commission for every file I work on, once it is funded. Coming from a bank setting, it is unheard of to be given the opportunity to make extra money unless you are in a commission based position. The opportunities here are unparalleled.
