I appreciate the initiative to tackle a problem like a paramount pipeline in order to better the morale of the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my team and other departments on a daily basis is what makes coming to work great. Coming into the office or just interacting over Teams is a great way to keep strong relationships and further enhance our core values.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our TC Manager is great. Aly is always there to listen and communicates clearly at all times. Gabby and Chelsea always check in with their teams and make sure that no question goes unanswered. Chelsea is a wealth of knowledge and takes the time to listen to each concern and be there for team members
