The collaboration between all departments on all levels. Nobody has ever said they were too busy to answer a question. Learning opportunities.

They are transparent, open to suggestions. We can talk to them and the support given is enormous! Our Leadership Team goes out of their way to make everyone on all levels

They listen to employees and treat everyone with respect. The engagement is sincere and positive. This leadership team truly builds relationships and has a high collaborative inter-company design. Transparency is strong.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that my efforts and success in closing a deal is helping the client whether new as an Investor or a Repeat Client to improve housing and to upgrade properties so that tenants and their families can live in better quality homes / units.
What makes you most happy at work?
To see an investor close a loan and to know that when investors renovate or rehab a property not only are they doing it to gain more equity and rental income, it comforts me to know they will be making the property safe for the tenants.
