I think I am a CIVIC groupy! I love the company and everyone who works here. It is an amazing work environment and it just keeps getting better.

New challenges, new adventures, new problems to solve
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We embrace diversity. We are a multicultural group of people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many people who work here have not had much experience in the "workforce". Not many people to relate within our office.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have great health benefits that encompass mental and physical well-being. We also have doordash DashPass and other great partnerships that save us time and money.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The support and enthusiasm is the best part about this team. Everyone works together for the common goal...it is amazing to be a part of this group
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my job and love that I am offered many ways to shine as an employee and a person. I feel like I actually make a difference here at CIVIC.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is approachable and transparent. I think they have done a great job relating to those who work for them and have created a fun and productive place to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the open door policy and that everyone on the team makes an effort to learn your name. I am always treated like a colleague so it makes me feel like my input matters.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are many ways to get involved at CIVIC. Our daily newsletter is something I look forward to receiving every day. Also, the company likes to "celebrate" fun and quirky National Holidays every month which is always fun.
