They have strong communication skills and communicate clearly with the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help each other out. My teammates use Civic's core values everyday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is great and the leadership/people & culture team do a great job of making employees feel valued.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, however I do wish I could be making more money, or at least be on salary instead of hourly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my co-workers and team here. Everyone is hard-working but likes to have fun. My team motivates me to go further and is extremely supportive.

Everyone is friendly and works hard. The majority of my teammates if not all of them are always willing to lend a hand and help out if I need it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co-workers and everything that the People & Culture team does. We have a great culture here and it is fun to come to work most days. Our P&C team also works very hard to make sure culture is kept up and people are feeling valued.
