I've been here for a while, and I haven't always been the best employee - but leaders at CIVIC have always gone out of their way for me. I've seen the company grow so much, it's been a great ride.

I love interacting with people and hearing their stucks, since this is my job in my department. I love fixing their problems.

It's a very unique team, and each members has their own unique skill set. Everyone brings a lot of value but contributes in a different way.

They actually care about all the employees. They want to see everyone succeed, and they make sure they think of everyone else at Civic before they make any decisions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It used to be the ELLA savings program, but even without that, the insurance and 401k are the best. It's very easy to sign up and adjust them too.
What makes you most happy at work?
A lot of my day I get to meet with the business users and see how I can make their life easier. I love fixing their problems and hearing their struggles.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's very innovative and positive. New ideas are always welcome, and in the culture it's ok to make a mistake, it's seen as a learning opportunity. The company also makes sure to celebrate all the milestones and wins, even though the framework of the company is to forget about last month.
