Overall it's the best company I've ever worked for. The finance space as a whole typically has a "look" and I believe Civic goes out of their way to make sure everyone feels included.

The Rommel Team is the best group of people I've ever worked with. Everyone legitimately cares and works extremely hard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the fact that they are very open and honest. I always feel that I can approach them with any questions or concerns.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As someone in the sales department it feels good that I can somewhat charge what I want. I love the flexibility in that. I wish the base salary was a little higher (or increased slightly with time at the company) but overall I'm very satisfied with my comp package.
