My 1st experience of Civic was when I helped with an event where we revealed a Tesla giveaway! I was taken aback by how fun the environment was. Then, when I received an opportunity to work at Civic I was blown away by the employee benefits offered. I'm lucky to work at Civic, they have my back.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive things about Civic Culture are the positivity, inclusivity and opportunity. The company constantly encourages employee engagement through fun activities and incentives which bring the people here closer together. It's done in a fun way with games, prizes, and community.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like most about the leadership team here at Civic is that they are always looking for feedback from their employees! When leadership genuinely want to be the best versions of themselves, and are open to learning from their employees, it is galvanizing.
What makes you most happy at work?
I look to bring as much value to whatever environment I am in and I love bringing value to Civic. In my department I have the ability to create meaningful change for my teammates and the company and to be able to do that with great people is such a blessing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is the diversity. The 2nd best thing is how fun they are. My team holds the space for me to speak my mind and implement business practices that I think will help the departments work flow. My team is full of hilarious people who also are also great listeners that care.
