Employee engagement. Transparency into goals and visions. There are always areas where we can improve, but our culture encourages consistent feedback to ensure we're aligned with our day-to-day objectives and goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All rowing in the same direction, but open and honest with our opinions. We are comfortable enough with each other to engage in constructive debates. No pride of authorship. If there is a better way, we'll go that way.
