This is my first foray into a more corporate workforce. I am blown away by how much I have to offer and how much I have to learn. I was sure that I would be way behind in many facets but my previous work experience is not only respected, it is heralded. I love it here.

The knowledge I am constantly reaping from my teammates and managers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is a commission so I'm in charge of how high my compensation can go, up until a point.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they have been elevated from within. They know what I'm dealing with and they know how to deal with any roadblocks I may encounter.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team can joke with the best of them, but they're also great resources. However, if I know something they might not , they're still interested in learning.
