Even though I'm a brand new employee I really get the feeling that I am at my forever home here at Civic. Everything has really exceeded my expectations as far as on boarding, new hire, and training/orientation, etc.

Knowing where I stand and being clear on the work that needs to be done at the appropriate priority level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is a fast paced environment, tensions have the potential to run extremely high, but the team doesn't let that get to them and everyone stays positive and friendly.
