SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO WAY TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHEN A CRISIS HAPPENS. PARTNERS ARE ALWAYS COMPLAINING AND SINCE THEY ARE PAYING A HIGH PRICE TO USE THE SERVICE, THEY SHOLD BE RECEIVING STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PLATFORM TO ENTER A QUESTION OR CHAT IS HORRIBLE. IT DOESN'T GIVE ENOUGH OPTI
