The ability to be yourself. Classy is a very inclusive and positive environment.

The sometimes reactive nature of the culture could be improved. With greater focus, this could be solved.

They are approachable and lead by example. No one is entitled and they genuinely care about the employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The different people I met from departments across the organization. It gave me a good sense of what I could expect and a spectrum of experiences.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is incredibly talented and works very collaboratively. No task is below anyone and everyone jumps in to help each other. And we have lots of fun together! I respect my team mates and genuinely think of them as friends.
