What makes you most happy at work?
When I do something in my role that affects the overarching business. It's nice to see the impact.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very transparent. Scot leads all-hands in person and answers tough questions. My direct manager is great about checking in with me on my career progression and goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When we are able to tie our work into the mission (helping nonprofits do good work) it injects a lot of energy into the office. People here are smiling on a Monday morning & it doesn't hurt to have cute dogs moseying around.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I LOVE my team. Classy has a lot of things going for it that make it a great place to work but, above all, is the people. I truly enjoy everyone on my team and call quite a few of them friends outside of the office.
