What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team really cares about the well being of employees and consistently make decisions according to our company values, rather than just paying lip service to them.

They do their best to be transparent and communicative about everything going on at the C-Level. They also take the time to get to know all their employees, which makes them very approachable. I can always trust that they have my back and that they're always looking for ways to improve the team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO is amazing! Not enough people take advantage of that perk.

I would love stock options or an opportunity to have a stake in the company. Our benefits could be a lot better.

Everyone on the team is bought in to the mission of the company which makes working with them very easy and natural.

Hard working passionate individuals that I actually want to come to the office and work with. People listen to each others ideas, treat each other respectfully and want to see each other be successfully.

Everyone is very collaborative and willing to lend a hand or pitch in wherever they're needed. No one is too good for any task. Also, everyone has such a positive attitude toward their job and is always striving to better themselves and learn new things.

The inclusivity is probably the most positive thing. Classy is open to all voices and opinions and will hear anyone out for any suggestion or issue they may have. You are treated as a human being before you're treated as an employee or number toward the bottom line.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Relatively quick and straightforward. I didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops or go through endless rounds of interviews.
