Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd like to have stock options and a 401k match. It would make our benefits more well rounded. That said, we've got unlimited PTO we're actually encouraged to take, and we have awesome health benefits. There's room to improve, but I do feel well compensated and cared for!

I met with multiple people at multiples levels of my team. I felt like I got a really well-rounded view of Classy.
