Some software developers are more junior, but pretty much everyone is highly qualified and has a great attitude.
There are very few meetings, all of those focused on actual issues. Many direct calls as needed, but not many standing meetings.
Our team has good technical knowledge. They put full dedication towards their work and helps other coworker when in need.
