What is the best part about your compensation package?
unlimited PTO and focus fridays

It's generous. I love the unlimited time off (although don't take any more than I normally would). The HC benefits get better each year and this year are amazing!

Transparency and communication that occurs at regular intervals with the whole organization

There's a lot to do but we're a team and we get through it together. I feel very supported even when under tight deadlines. Great team - great manager.

I like how friendly and approachable everyone is. If you have a question you can go right to the person you need instead of having to go through many layers or bureaucracy.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love learning new skills!!! So far I've been able to grow - that's what keeps me most motivated! I've got no problem working extra to learn new software if I can actually get to use it at work... seems like a win/win.
