Everyone is motivated and takes their job very seriously.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very positive environment and can go to anyone with questions/seeking help, including the CEO. Never feel alone while working
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Quota/Goal oriented, but both are very reasonable and attainable. They show and explain exactly how they came to the goals that they defined.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had the opportunity to speak with all levels of employees. Met with the President, as well as what would soon to be fellow peers. Got a great sense from top to bottom of what it was like to work here and what would be expected.
