Smart committed people who are relentless about getting (the right) stuff done, and who enjoy each other's company while they're doing it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing cool, smart things to drive the business forward. Not wasting time on busy work. Being respected and listened to, as we all are here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very smart, highly skilled. Also very human and committed to our mission of making democracy work better. They're just darned good people who know what they're doing, know how to lead, and treat every member of the team with dignity and respect.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Daily stand up meetings with weekly, fun team-building exercises. Lots of flexibility in schedule and location of working day to day. Fun energy in the office. For a startup, we don't work crazy hours, but we are extremely productive -- and positive! -- during work hours.
