As a sales rep, the commission structure is fair and our targets are attainable. Each year you have more and more potential to increase your earnings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is transparent with decisions and listens to their employees concerns. There have been multiple instances where I suggested a change and it was implemented.
