The leadership team at Climb need to get better at: valuing their employees, listening to them, recognizing them, and paying them at market rates.
Compensation is below market rate, it wasn't a conversation this year, it used a framework that was atypical and not communicated to the company. It takes advantage of my commitment to the company mission and the people.
