The owner really encouraged and allowed me the independence to being out the best work in me.
What is the best advice you could give someone during their first month at Clorder?
I wish i could tell a new hire to just relax and take time to ramp up! However, due to the nature of startup work, the learning process needs to be pretty quick in order to get comfortable with the job and the company's pace. I would recommend the new hires to clearly understand the big picture of what the company does and how/where your job fits within the big picture. When you understand how your work impacts the company's progress, it will tremendously help both your growth and the company's success. In doing so, I recommend to ask as many questions as possible and not make assumptions when in doubt.
