What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all support each other, both personally and professionally. The management team really cares about our well-being, even sending gifts for anniversaries and cards for birthdays.
What did you like most about the interview process?
As a virtual company, it was nice seeing leadership's face via web chat before I joined the company. The process made me feel more connected to the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team knows how to work hard, respect each other and most of all are some of the smartest people i know. We are all civic-minded and step in to help each other at any given juncture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Cloud for Good is incredibly strong. They aren't afraid to take risks and value hard work. Even more important is their ability to push us, encourage us to contine professional development and support flexibility to manage our work/life ballance.
What makes you most happy at work?
In marketing, i get to tell our customers story and help bring them the information they are hungry for. Most of our clients are nonprofit and higher education organizations and I am consistently moved by the amazing work they do and how we get to impact that.
