What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe strongly that as the company grows and succeeds, the leadership team distributes the wealth in PTO, benefits and annual raises and bonuses.
What makes you most happy at work?
The clients we serve! When we see how our services help them do more good, its like the biggest celebration ever, each and every time!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I quickly learned that I wanted these folks to be my coworkers. The interviews were comfortable yet challenging enough that I knew I would be challenged in my position in a desirable way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am known by my coworkers. They know what's going on in my life and celebrate one another, always. We all have similar priorities in life and want to be at a company with the culture we have here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone at Cloud for Good is always eager to help one another and everyone is part of the full company team! When it comes to my team, I know that we can be honest, work together and contribute equally. We respect each other and care for each other as indidivudals as well as coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they prioritize us as people. Using all of your PTO and volunteer time is encouraged. They understand the need for flexible schedules and also work with you to make sure you are growing in your career the way you want to. The leadership team is accessible and easy to talk to.
