Kind, compassionate leadership that expects results and works hard to make them happen. Straight shooters who lead with honesty and integrity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus structure is transparent, but allows for wiggle room. That wiggle room means that decisions around it can seem arbitrary. Dental insurance doesn't pay for much besides cleanings and exams. Health insurance is okay, but don't use it because my spouse's plan pays for a better plan.
