Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cloud for Good does not offer stock options and 401k matching kicks in after a year of employment. Making the winter/holiday break a consistent, reliable benefit would make me feel appreciated for a years-worth of hard work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A few things. Coworkers are quick to offer help when asked and my manager and CEO both communicate their appreciation via cards in the mail. Lastly, having regular all-staff check-ins with video helps me feel connected to my co-workers even though we all work remotely.
