What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open, approachable, forthcoming about issues/concerns, and willing to hear criticism and act to address it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure ensures that those who consistently perform at a high level are fairly rewarded for it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are some of the smartest people I've ever worked with! But they are also kind, thoughtful, helpful, and genuinely care about each other and our clients. It's easy to feel connected even though we all work remotely.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to solve business issues, and create useful solutions, for mission-focused organizations. I might not be able to save the world all by myself, but I can empower a bunch of organizations and together we can make a huge difference!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Having to prepare a demo and present it to a panel. It gave me a chance to highlight my skills, but also was a good chance to interact with several employees and gauge how I thought I would fit in at the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are committed to supporting each other. There is no stigma about asking for help, and people are eager to jump in and assist. It is expected that you aren't able to know everything, so there are always opportunities to learn and grow.
