Getting to do an interview with the CEO is pretty rare and a great opportunity to get to meet your senior leadership.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our opinions and thoughts are heard. There are regular meetings where we can interact with our leadership team and are encouraged to ask questions and bring forward ideas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is willing to lend a hand and provide training/support. It's wonderful to be able to ask a question and have people jump in and help you figure things out.
