I've had an amazing experience with CFG. I've been with the company a little over a year and I've had the opportunity to work on complex projects, mentor other Goodies, grow my skills, be recognized for my achievements, and meet and work with some of the smartest people I've ever met.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The employee portion is low and they were even able to negotiate a lower rate this year without lowering the benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even with a fully remote workforce, we connect and make sure everyone knows they aren't alone. It's common and encouraged to have VC's (virtual coffee) with your co-workers and members of leadership regularly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is very open to feedback and applies new policies based on the feedback from employees. I've seen new teams, titles, groups and learning tracks implemented based on feedback provided during open dialogue meetings.
What did you like most about the interview process?
You get to meet with a variety of people in various roles throughout the organization so you have an opportunity to get a real sense of what life is like here at Cloud for Good. I especially love that Tal meets with every candidate.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to do a job I love to support amazing non-profit organizations and educational institutes. I always feel like I'm contributing positively to my community with the work I do. The team I get to work with is also a huge part of my happiness here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to jump in and help when you have a question. People will get on calls together and talk through problems to help find a solution. The culture is all about learning, helping each other, and being vulnerable enough to ask for help when you need it.
