The flexibility of my workday. Interacting with awesome teammates and building some pretty cool solutions for our clients.

My colleagues are the best! Personable, willing to help and more importantly truly we truly care about each other. Best group I've worked with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all have done the work and understand how to make the projects we take on successful. They are our companies biggest advocates and not afraid to be client-facing to get things accomplished.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a 100% virtual company, but it doesn't seem that way. Since everyone works from home the company has invested in technology to make interacting with teammates very easy with chat group, vitual coffees, Zoom to bring everyone closer.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I spoke directly with Tal, Founder, on my first call. It was very comfortable and I knew I wanted to work for him after seeing his passion and willingness to make others on his team successful. He's our biggest cheerleader.
